How-To Guide: Build a Custom "Remodeling Estimator" GPT
Step 1: Navigate to the GPT Builder
Log into ChatGPT Plus. In the left sidebar, click Explore GPTs → then Create (top right) or go directly to: chat.openai.com/gpts/editor.
What you should see: A split-screen — the GPT Builder chat on the left, a preview on the right.
Troubleshooting: If you don't see "Create," make sure you're logged in to a Plus account. The Create option only appears for Plus subscribers.
